Do you use any recycled regrind material to lower the cost of basic fittings like couplings?

How do you prevent thread stripping in your Female/Male Threaded Couplings (Transition Sockets)?
For threaded transition couplings, we utilize heavily knurled CW617N brass inserts. During the injection molding process, the PPR material flows into the deep anti-slip grooves of the brass, creating an inseparable mechanical lock. This prevents the brass insert from twisting, stripping, or leaking when contractors apply high torque during installation.
How do you handle packaging to prevent "ovality" (deformation) during long ocean freight?
Couplings packed loosely in large sacks often suffer from ovality (becoming out-of-round) under the immense weight of a stacked 40HQ container. We solve this by packing our couplings in heavy-duty polybags, which are then placed into reinforced 5-ply corrugated export cartons. This rigid packaging structure absorbs the physical stress of international shipping, ensuring every coupling arrives perfectly round and ready for fusion.
